Earlier this year, Pizza Tower’s main developer McPig showed off 5 new characters from a new project known as Woon. I even covered the event here in InkSplat News.
But, just a few days ago, McPig posted this to X (formerly known as Twitter) and Bluesky:
“We started working on a prototype for Woon a while ago. [The idea] is that [it’s] a beat [’em] up with online multiplayer[.] [There’s] not too much we can show right now[,] but here’s an idea of how it plays[.]”

It shows Crazy Chicken, one of the main characters, beating up multiple moon-shaped enemies.
This game seems even snappier than even Pizza Tower, and will be just as good as the aforementioned game, as the entire team of developers, artists and composers who worked on Pizza Tower will work on Woon.
Another interesting feature of Woon is online multiplayer, a feature Pizza Tower never had in the first place, so it’s nice to see Tour De Pizza branch out into new territory.
When Woon comes out, I’ll be playing it for a long time indeed. Until then, godspeed to all the developers of the game. I hope you make something beautiful.
