Hello. My name is InkSplat, creator of the world-famous InkSplativerse. Here, we’re going to showcase some of our video-game projects that are coming very soon. Onto our headlines. (snaps fingers)
SplatShop-2D Land? Not No More.
SplatShop-2D Land is getting a full renovation. First up, SplatShop-2D himself has been redesigned.
By dashing through an enemy as they are about to attack, you PARRY them, allowing you to steal their metaphorical poison just like a real nudibranch does. (You can click on that link, BTW. Try doing that with a video presentation!)
We are also remaking his moveset to add an extra amount of the FLOW this game strives for.
We’re remaking the user interface, the hub-world system, EVERYTHING about the game, but it’s still the fast-paced story about a young game developer trying to fix a very old game you know and love.
Plus, we’ve changed the name. It is now:
The first demo for SplatShop-2D: Thunderstorm will be available at Sonic Amateur Games Expo 2024 this September.
Another One
We are currently working on an InkSplativerse-themed RPG with timing-based attacks and bullet-hell dodging, like your favourite “quirky” JRPGs.
